Need someone to talk to? Looking for an open and safe environment? Take advantage of a space dedicated entirely to you. Whether you're dealing with something that's weighing you down, need to work through issues, or feel unsure about what to do next - I'm here to help. Services available both online and in Czech and English.
I completed my Master's degree in Psychology at UK in Bratislava in 2001 and a seven-year training in Gestalt psychotherapy (Gestalt Studio). I have been practicing counseling, psychotherapy, facilitation, and team building for 21 years.
I am also the founder of the Luxembourg Association for Gestalt Therapy (GTSL) and a member of the Luxembourg Society of Psychologists, PSYLUX. I am a member of the European Association for Gestalt Therapy – EAGT, and I regularly supervise my work with a supervisor within this organization. I am also a member of the CZECH ASSOCIATION FOR PSYCHOTHERAPY – ČAP, and the Czech Psychedelic Society CZEPS.
I provide services in Czech, Slovak, and English, both in-office and online.
In my life, I love art in any form and nature (in any weather).
The mentioned artworks are used with the kind permission of the author Ondrej Rudavský.
I focus primarily on individual and couple counseling. In my practice, I work with a wide range of difficulties that clients bring. Most commonly these include depression, anxiety, unmanageable emotions, obsessions, various challenging life situations, relationship issues, parenting concerns, and more.
In justified cases, I provide completely anonymous consultations. Online consultations are also available.
The fundamental tool I use in my work is relationship – confidential and safe. I believe in the client's own self-fulfilling, healing, and creative potential, which we gradually discover together. Change usually occurs when clients begin to become aware of themselves and gradually take responsibility for themselves and their actions.
After an initial introductory session, we usually agree on two or three follow-up sessions and then clarify whether the collaboration is helpful for the client. Long-term therapy is considered to be longer than six months, but everything depends on the individual needs of the client.
I offer psychotherapy in an unconventional setting – in nature. This change in atmosphere can help you open up to new perspectives on your problems and work on personal development in a way that promotes deeper introspection and relaxation. This form of therapy helps manage stress and build inner balance.
At the beginning of each couples therapy session, I always ask about the expectations of both partners. I believe that understanding is key – the goal of our work together is to help partners better understand each other, improve communication, and clarify what they truly want from the relationship. Sometimes this leads to a renewed closeness, other times it may result in a calm and respectful separation. Both outcomes can be healing and valuable.
I offer discounts to students, seniors, and people in challenging financial situations. Pricing for companies and organizations is negotiable. Payment is possible by cash, credit card, or bank transfer.
For scheduling sessions and their payment, I also use the Lumi application. By participating in the sessions, you agree to the processing of your personal data. You can find more information in the terms here.
If you need to cancel an appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, the full fee will be charged.
Your employer might offer psychological services through an Employee Assistance Program (EAP). I collaborate with several EAP agencies – check with your employer.
